Shipping & Returns Policy for Mezzano Store

Mezzano Store is committed to providing a seamless and efficient shipping and returns experience for our valued customers. We understand the importance of timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via standard ground shipping. Please allow 14 business days for delivery.
  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, enabling you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Returns

  • Return Window: Mezzano Store offers a 30-day return window. Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Return Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. Please note that certain items, such as personalised or custom products, may not be eligible for return.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at contact@mezzano.com.au to obtain a return authorisation number. Once you have the authorisation number, return the item to the address provided.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Refunds
  • Upon receipt of the returned item and verification of its condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

European Union 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

  • If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Please contact us within the specified timeframe to initiate the return process.
